Dog Blessed Kennel Guarantee and Purchase Agreement
1. Dog Blessed Kennel guarantees your puppy to be free of life
threatening genetic defects for one year from the date of
purchase. If a life threatening genetic defect is found, we
require a documented exam from your veterinarian. We will
refund the price of the puppy or replace it with a similar puppy if
available. We will not be responsible for vet expenses after
purchase of puppy.
2. Your new puppy will be up to date on vaccinations for its age. A
copy of the medical record will be included.
3. Your new puppy is given a 7 day guarantee for Parvo.
4. Your new puppy will have been on a regular deworming
schedule. However, this does not guarantee that he/she is free
from intestinal parasites. If you think your puppy has intestinal
parasites please take it to your veterinarian for treatment.
5. This guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia. An information
sheet is included with your packet.
6. Minor defects (under bites, small hernias, etc.) that are
non-life threatening are not covered under this guarantee. If we
are aware of these conditions we will document it on this form.
7. We ask that you take your new puppy to a veterinarian in the
first 3 business days after purchasing your puppy. This
guarantee is only valid if you have proof that your puppy was
examined by a licensed veterinarian in this time frame.

| Please contact us if you would like to reserve a puppy. We require 50% of the purchase price to hold a puppy for you. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another puppy of your choice if you change your mind. Please e-mail or call for more information or assistance in deciding on which breed of puppy is best suited to you. |
